Security Deposit (Refundable) Due at Move In Per Apartment: $100.00 or $100.00 + 1 month's rent
Qualifying criteria applies and must be met prior to move in

Pet Fee (Non-Refundable) Single Pet: $300.00
Second pet will incur additional $100 Pet Fee
